Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, no-shows and late arrivals may be charged 50 to 100 percent of the service, depending on the provider. Arriving 10 or more minutes late can limit the service offered or require rescheduling, and the full cost of the booked service still applies. Unopened retail products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days, and within 31 to 60 days a retail credit is given. Clients can call the front desk within 5 days of a visit to ask for an adjustment to color or cut.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted, with a 4 percent convenience fee on credit card payments. Cash and checks are also accepted, and gratuities can be added to card payments. Only gift certificates issued by the salon are honored. Clients are asked to keep phone calls to a minimum and to avoid speakerphone or FaceTime during appointments.
