Facials are personalized to each client's skin, and the salon states that they are never upsold. Options run from a first-visit facial that includes a skin analysis and personalized consultation to treatments for acne-prone skin, teen skin, men and the back. Dermaplaning, diamond-tip microdermabrasion and chemical peels, starting at $125, are also on the menu.

The hair menu covers fades and tapers, short and long haircuts, toners, root touch-ups, highlights and balayage, bleach work, color correction, silk press, a Brazilian blowout, and retwisting for curly hair. Color and texture services are priced from a starting point and vary with length and density. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

Appointments can be booked online or by texting the salon. Clients who cannot attend are asked to notify the salon as soon as possible so they can reschedule. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 6:30 PM, and closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Music, refreshing beverages and a waiting area are offered, with neighborhood street parking.
