Exquisite Premier Salon & Spa sits at 10611 Fry Rd in the Lakeland Village Center in Cypress, Texas. The menu is broad. Hair services include women's and children's cuts and styles, blowouts, silk presses, roller sets, finger waves and flexi rod sets, along with balayage, highlights, low lights, solid color, color melts and toning. Textured hair has its own range, with perms, relaxers, relaxer retouches and curl reformation. Hair treatments cover conditioning, detangling, scalp and reconstructing treatments, OlaPlex, and smoothing options such as Keratin Express, CHI Enviro and Brazilian Blowout. Skin care includes basic, detoxifying, chemical peel and galvanic facials, microdermabrasion, and threading and tinting for brows. Waxing covers most of the face and body, and the nail menu includes manicures, pedicures, gel polish and full sets.

The barbershop serves boys and men and has been part of the Cypress community since 2018. Its room is designed in a man cave style. Barber services include cuts, design lines, mustache and neck work, beard trims and coloring, and clipper and razor hairline trims. The shaves are the main draw: the Premier Beard Shave is a single pass with a traditional straight razor, hot lather and hot towels, and the Exquisite Beard Shave adds two to three passes, cold towels and toner. Hot lather shaves are offered daily, and the barbershop describes its haircuts and razor shaves as the best in Cypress.

Walk-ins are welcome at the salon. At the barbershop they are also welcome, though appointments are requested for faster service. Online booking for both is handled through the salon's booking page. Some services need an in-person consultation before pricing, including hair extensions, braids, locs, twists, quick weaves, henna, bleach and tone, color melts and kids' styles.
