Custom color is dimensional and lived-in, adjusted to each guest's features, tone and the level of upkeep they want. Hair extensions are customized and seamless, adding length and volume. Hair health treatments are restorative, meant to strengthen and repair hair.

Guests start with a consultation to talk through what they want from the visit and what their hair needs. The salon works by appointment only. Bookings are made through an online scheduler run on Vagaro, and walk-ins aren't taken. Earlier or later slots occasionally open up, depending on stylist availability. Parking is metered street parking along South Beverly Drive and Olympic Boulevard.

The salon hosts Safe Haven events that offer essential baby items to mothers who need them.
