Services are grouped into color, cuts, extensions, style and treatments. Color ranges from gloss and tone and face framing to balayage, highlights and corrective or fashion color. Extension options include tape-ins, wefts, keratin bonds, clip-ins, individual KeraTip or beaded extensions and sew-ins. Treatments include Hair Botox, perms, Brazilian Blowouts, keratin smoothing and the Puraluxe treatment. The team works with every hair type, from fine and straight to thick and curly.

A consultation is recommended before larger changes such as extensions, major color shifts or bold new looks. Booking one to two weeks ahead is advised, especially on busy days, though calling the salon may open up an earlier squeeze-in. Extension installations are all-day appointments and need 48 hours notice to avoid losing the deposit. Clients receiving chemical services are asked to remove jewelry and change into a salon robe, and to contact the salon within three days of the service with any concerns.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a charge of half the scheduled service, and services of three hours or more follow the same notice rule. New guests are asked to put a credit card on file to reserve, and it is only charged for no-shows or late cancellations. Redo requests must be made within seven days, and the salon reviews the hair in person before making any adjustment. Refunds are not given for services; retail can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase, and professional tools and discounted items are final sale, with hot tools covered by the manufacturer warranty.

The salon hires hairstylists on a booth rental or commission basis. Street parking nearby is metered, with some spots allowing one hour and others two. A parking structure across the street offers two hours free.
