Scott owns the business and is its only stylist, so every visit is handled individually from beginning to end. The suite is sanitized between clients. Parking is free on site. Guests may attend an appointment only when that has been noted at the time of booking.

Pricing for every service is published, and the salon says there are no surprise upcharges at checkout. Color correction is quoted at the consultation, with a price ceiling stated before any work begins. Corrective work often takes 2.5 to 5 hours and is sometimes spread across several visits, with a multi-visit plan laid out when needed. Each consultation closes with a maintenance plan covering how often to refresh, which home-care products to use and what return visits cost.

Color makes up roughly 60 percent of the work, according to the salon. Each color is custom-mixed for the client using Schwarzkopf Professional products and low-ammonia formulas, and a bond-builder is included in every lightening service. Glaze is included with all balayage and highlight work. Balayage visits run about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and gray blending is designed for a softer transition to gray on a 10 to 14 week cycle.

Every visit ends with home-styling instructions. The salon offers a two-week sit-right guarantee: if a cut or color does not sit right within two weeks, it will be corrected at no charge. Booking is available online through Square, by phone or by text. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible, and new-client consultations are complimentary with no deposit.

Each visit starts with the Pre-Cut Read, a five-point planning consultation covering density, growth pattern, porosity, lifestyle fit and color history. A written plan and a firm price are provided before any service begins.
