The team includes staff who hold Redken Certified Haircolorist credentials, three Certified Curl Specialists, and Certified Extension Specialists, and the salon says its stylists keep up their education in current color techniques. In July 2020, Kelley Thayer and Ashley Conner were recognized as Redken Certified Haircolorists.

Color work covers root touch-ups, highlighting in foil counts, partial and full balayage, babylights, Color Melt, bleach touch-ups and vivid color. Airtouch blonding blends color using a blow dryer on a safe setting, and its retouches are usually needed every six months to a year. Color corrections and platinum work are quoted after a consultation, and a complimentary 15-minute consultation is offered for color services.

Curly clients can book Deva Curl and Mizani AirCut cuts and transformations, with complimentary curl consultations available. Extensions from Aqua include V Light, Keratin Bond and Hand Tied Wefts, and all of them require a consultation before booking. The salon also offers a Kerasilk Control keratin smoothing treatment, which comes with a take-home shampoo and conditioner.

Complimentary beverages are offered, and there is a patio for cooler Florida months. Guests are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early, and only the person getting a service may be on the salon floor. Capes are provided for color appointments, but guests should expect to protect their own clothing. Prices vary within each range depending on the stylist's level, and stylists are paid on commission. The Associate Program is open to recent cosmetology graduates and pairs them with a mentor, and the salon says every associate moves on to become a stylist.

The salon describes its stylists as continuously educated in current color techniques, with several certified colorists, curl specialists and extension specialists on staff.
