Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise the card on file is charged the full cost of the service, and clients who arrive late without notice may be treated as no-shows. Changing a booked service at the appointment means the originally scheduled service is charged. Gratuity is not included in service rates and cannot be paid by credit card; it is accepted in cash or check. The salon accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. The salon guarantees its work, and clients with a concern should call within one week of the service date to arrange a fix.
