The salon works in custom hair color, blonding and curly hair care, and it is known for its hair extension work, offering both Invisible Bead and Great Lengths systems. Color services include a finishing service, and corrections for cut or color concerns reported within 7 days of a visit are made at no additional charge. New guests complete a client form before their first appointment. Prices are a starting point and vary by stylist experience and by hair length and thickness, and hair extension prices do not include the cost of the hair. Refunds are not offered on services or products, but retail products can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and shorter-notice cancellations may be charged up to the full service fee.
Each service begins with a consultation about hair history, lifestyle and goals, and the salon uses organic, eco-friendly hair treatments.
