Every facial begins with a consultation with a Master Esthetician, and treatments are individualized for each client using non-invasive therapies. Facials are customized to skin type and are offered for teenagers, men and people dealing with acne. Skin consultations are more detailed and look at skin conditions, lifestyle, current products and skincare goals; they are requested through a form on the website. Facial prices shown reflect treatments with Master Estheticians, while prices with the founder or lead esthetician are available on request.

Biologique Recherche treatments form a separate menu, including single and Double Booster versions of several treatments and a 90-minute Micro-Puncture Lab Facial. Signature facials range from quick dermaplaning and microdermabrasion sessions to longer treatments such as the LED Lift and Sculpt Facial, which pairs microcurrent with LED therapy, and The Deep Face Fix, a 90-minute treatment that adds intraoral buccal massage. Hydrafacial MD is offered in 60- or 90-minute sessions and is booked by calling the spa directly.

Hair removal uses a soy-based, plant-based depilatory in place of traditional wax, and the business says this product is scientifically tested, animal-free, antimicrobial and antibacterial. A botanical wax is used for face, body and bikini work. Lash and brow services include lash lifts, lash tinting, brow tinting, brow lamination and brow shaping. The business says lash lift results can last up to 6 weeks and brow lamination results up to 6 to 8 weeks.

Appointments can be reserved by phone or through the business app, which also shares treatment and promotion updates. A credit card is required to book, and the spa asks for 24 hours' notice of weekday cancellations and 48 hours for weekend cancellations, reserving the right to charge for missed appointments. The site notes appointments can be booked up to 12 months in advance. Radiance Rewards gives $10 back for every $250 spent, and the spa also sells gift cards, offers gift-with-purchase deals and ships US orders over $150 free.

Individualized treatments are designed for each client using non-invasive therapies, and the spa encourages daily sunscreen, twice-daily cleansing and nightly makeup removal at home.
