First-time color guests complete a consultation in person or online, which covers hair history, goals, budget and upkeep, before they can book color appointments online. Hair treatment plans start with a diagnosis of whether the hair needs protein reconstruction, lipid hydration or a scalp treatment. Extension services are priced by consultation.

Facials begin with a skin analysis, and each step is adjusted to the skin on the day of the visit. Custom facials focus on hydration and fine lines. Body treatments start with an assessment, and the scrub density and essential oil blends are adjusted to how sensitive the skin is. Clients are asked to avoid shaving or waxing for 24 hours before a body treatment, and to avoid strong retinoids, AHA acids and exfoliating products for three days before a facial.
