Sarah Akram

Sarah Akram, a licensed master esthetician, founded Sarah Akram Skincare and opened its Old Town Alexandria spa in 2015. She built a business in New York City and Washington, D.C. before settling in Alexandria. Her focus is anti-aging skincare and facials.

For more than ten years she has worked as a lash specialist, including with celebrity and high-profile clients, and she also performs brow work.

She treats skin without lasers, relying on non-invasive products and technology. Clients can book appointments with her up to 12 months ahead.
