Eyelash extensions are individually applied synthetic mink lashes, adhered to each client's natural lashes. Options range from a demi set, which the site describes as about a 50% full look in roughly an hour, to a signature set at about 70% fullness, a natural full set, a hybrid set combining classic and 3D volume lashes, and a full volume set using 2D to 5D lashes for a dramatic look. Touch-ups are recommended every 3 weeks for full and signature sets and every 2 weeks for demi sets, and new clients are booked for a 2-3 week infill that needs at least 40% of the previous extensions still in place. Technicians do not extend lashes beyond three times the length or width of the natural lash. Clients can request a patch test for adhesive allergy 48 hours before a service. For clients who react to adhesives or who prefer not to wear extensions, MadLash offers lash lifts with elleebana solutions, which the site says give a natural-looking curl lasting up to 6 weeks.
