A visit starts with a shampoo bar that includes a scalp massage, and guests can choose a beverage. Services are customized to each guest's hair needs and style goals, so package prices are starting prices. Custom color consultations are complimentary, and guests are asked to keep phones on silent or use headphones.

The salon's signature offering is the Signature Blowout Package, which it names as its specialty, with a curled or flat-iron finish. Other blowout options include a Luxury version with a custom treatment and a Keratin Blowout that the salon says lasts up to three months. Its 3D balayage is a technique the salon says was developed by California stylist Emmanuel Andrade. The Custom Specialty Technique Package with Luxury Haircut is one the salon describes as exclusive to Sanké.

Stylists are encouraged to find their own educational opportunities, and outside artists come into the salon to teach classes for the team. Some stylists train at Academy 314, the corporate training facility of Sanké Hairdressers Belgium. The salon guarantees its work and will correct unsatisfactory results at no added cost, scheduled within 10 days with the original stylist.

Hair extensions begin with a free consultation, which is required before a first extension appointment. Permanent options are Keratin Tip, Microlink (beaded) and Volume Weft, while Halo, Clip In and Ponytail Clip In extensions are temporary and can be applied at home or in the salon. A non-refundable deposit equal to the full cost of the hair is required to book a first extension appointment, and a haircut and style is included in that first visit. The salon says it works only with luxurious, ethically sourced extension brands. Sewn-in extensions last about six to eight weeks and Microlink extensions about eight to twelve weeks. Extensions can be reused several times with proper care and usually need a refresh every six months to a year.

Policies: services are non-refundable, and retail products may be returned for a refund within 7 days if minimally used. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows without notice require a credit card on file and can lead to loss of online booking. Guests who run late may be served at the stylist's discretion. Children may be on the salon floor only while receiving services with a parent present, and guests should not bring extra people to appointments. Payment is accepted by cash, check, Apple Pay and all major credit cards. Appointments can be booked online, or by phone for requests not shown online.
