Color is the salon's main specialty. The team works with corrective color, foil highlighting and balayage, and offers color-and-cut packages that rise in price with the work involved, from color and cut to full highlights with a haircut. Color correction is quoted at consultation, since the cost depends on the hair.
Beyond color, the menu covers women's, men's and children's haircuts, a barber range with cuts, beard trims and brow waxing as an add-on, tape-in, hand-tied and beaded extensions, a mini, standard and full set of lash extensions, shampoo and blowouts, updos for special occasions, a keratin smoothing treatment, makeup with lashes, and Swedish or deep tissue massage in 30 to 90 minute sessions. Wedding services are arranged by calling the salon.
Clients can book with a favorite stylist by name or ask for whoever is free first. Every cut includes a shampoo and style. Stylists will quote exact prices on request, and the listed prices marked with a plus may shift with hair length, thickness and the number of colors used. Pricing is subject to change.
The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, changes or reschedules. Late cancellations, reschedules and no-shows carry a charge of half the reserved services, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated and may also be charged that amount. Clients with past no-shows need a credit card on file to book. The salon offers a satisfaction guarantee: if a client is unhappy, the service can be adjusted, though refunds are not given.
Hours are Monday by appointment, Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and closed Sunday.
Education is a stated priority, with ongoing training held in-house for the team.
