Hair services are organized into three groups: Transform for color, lightening and chemical services, Cut, and Styling. Color and lightening services use the Formula 18 additive. Color and lightening appointments can take three to ten or more hours, and the booking page puts the longer end at eight or more.

Tattoo work is done by the salon's tattoo artists, with a minimum session starting at $105. Clients must be 18 or older and bring valid ID, with no exceptions. The salon notes that California law prohibits tattooing a minor even with parental consent. Every tattoo appointment requires a non-refundable deposit that is deducted from the final cost, and artists take bookings through their own contact methods, so clients should reach out to the artist before booking.
