Services are offered at two levels, stylists and senior stylists. The salon says the levels reflect experience, proficiency, advanced technique, education, demand on time and client satisfaction ratings. Cuts start at $55 with a stylist and $60 with a senior stylist for medium to long, bob and pixie cuts, with shampoo and style included, and prices can shift with hair length and thickness. Color is measured on the Vish color scale, so clients pay only for the product that is used.

Formal styling is a specialty for weddings, proms, pageants and other events, done in the salon or at a location the client chooses. Extensions use Babe, Bellami and Hotheads products. Effortless Extensions and Extension Luxe are full installations, and maintenance visits for extensions take about three to four hours before any paired color service. A consultation can be applied toward any service.

Fantasy color and color correction are not guaranteed to look right on the first visit and usually need ongoing upkeep. Clients are asked to book the next appointment before leaving, though walk-ins are welcome, and they can also book online. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, late cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount to the card on file, and no-shows are charged a fee automatically. Cash is no longer accepted; Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks and gift cards are.

The salon aims to give each guest individual attention and to make clear communication a priority. Stylist levels are tied to experience, training, advanced technique, and client satisfaction.
