Vivid hair color and color correction also need a consultation first, and color correction is booked as a minimum two-hour service that requires an in-person consultation. Bleach and tone pricing applies only to non-corrective work, so previously colored hair may be priced as color correction. Three consultation options are offered: a 30-minute video consultation for $25 that does not include a color service, a 30-minute in-person consultation for $30 that is credited toward color booked within seven days, and a 60-minute extended consultation for $50 that is not credited.

Beyond hair, the salon offers classic, Russian and Royals eyelash fills, sets and lifts, plus brow tinting and waxing for brows, lip and chin. Lip blush and powder brow are semi-permanent cosmetic tattoos, and touch-ups for existing clients are booked at set intervals after the first session. Tape-in extensions can be moved up with removal, re-taping and reinstallation, though the salon may charge extra or decline a move-up when extensions were removed improperly at home, are matted, or are damaged.

Practical details: new clients are asked for a $50 deposit for many services, $25 for some, and $149.50 for color correction. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations may be charged a fee. No-shows are charged 50 to 100 percent of the scheduled service, and repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment.
