Blonding and color are organized around how often a client comes back. Lived In Luxe is a low-maintenance blonde for visits every six to twelve months, The Platinum Treatment is a high-impact blonde for visits every four to eight weeks, and The Platinum Temptation suits subtler changes or blonde upkeep. The Platinum Express is a shorter, localized foil service for touch-ups between blonding appointments, and Freehand Artistry is a hand-painted balayage for a soft, sun-kissed look. Root Revival, Color Immersion, Times Two and Depths of Dimension cover single-process color, regrowth, double-color and lowlights. Every blonding, color and gloss package includes a three-step Pro Chelating treatment, which addresses mineral and metal buildup from hard water, works on damage, and helps protect color.

New color clients need a consultation before their first color appointment. It is free, lasts 30 minutes, and covers short- and long-term hair goals. Hair services include a dry cut that shapes hair in its natural state, a shampoo with style, and a shampoo, cut and style, which adds a customized shampoo and a hair care regimen that can be bought in the salon. Customized, shine and chelating treatments can be added to most cut and style services.

Makeup and event services include Full Glam makeup and an event hairstyle. Travel to services away from the salon is available for a fee of $50 or more. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours carry a fee of 50 percent of the service cost, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full cost of the service.
