The menu falls into three groups. Haircuts and styling cover women's cuts, men's cuts, cuts for children aged 10 and under, and blowouts. Color services include highlights, lowlights, balayage, full color, color melt, retouches, vivid color and color corrections, with corrections and transformations priced by the hour. Add-on treatments include Olaplex, glaze, toner, makeup application, scalp and hair repair, Hair Botox, smoothing, and eyebrow, lip and chin waxing.

The salon focuses on products that are clean and that support both hair and well-being. Vivid color requires a consultation before it is priced. Booking a consultation takes a non-refundable deposit, which is taken off the total once the appointment is booked. Walk-ins are not offered, and a new client intake form must be completed before an appointment request is accepted.

Appointments are confirmed by email and text, and one not confirmed within 48 hours can be terminated. Clients have a 15-minute grace period; arriving later than that can end the appointment with a $30 late fee, and a full service may not be guaranteed. Cancelling less than 48 hours ahead incurs a 25% fee, and less than 24 hours ahead a 50% fee. No-shows are charged 75% of the booked service. Future appointments cannot be booked until cancellation fees are paid. Issues reported within 7 days can be fixed for free, after which a coupon toward the next service may be offered. All sales are final and refunds are not offered. Extra guests are not allowed unless arranged in advance. The balance is paid by cash or card at the end of the service, and Cash App and Venmo are not accepted.
