Every service begins with a consultation about the client's style and hair history. Color services, including specialty color, are booked by phone, and consultations are required before specialty color work. Standard cuts and select styling services can be booked online, while new guests and color services go through the phone. Existing clients who have not had a chemical service in the past year need a consultation before rebooking. Updo, makeup and extension services are offered by only some team members and also require a consultation.

The salon uses only professional products from authorized manufacturers and does not use outside shampoos, conditioners or chemicals, in line with OSHA rules. Lines carried include Davines, Shibui, Aluram and Pure Brazilian keratin smoothing products. Credit card payments carry a 3% service charge, while cash, check or debit avoid it. A credit card is kept on file, and select services need a 50% reservation fee at booking that is applied to the total. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full price of the booked service, and guests more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
