Haircuts include a wash, cut and style, and each one comes with personalized tips for maintenance at home. The cut menu covers women's cuts in three thickness tiers, men's cuts by length, bang trims and cuts for children up to 8 years old, plus a standalone wash and dry. Haircut prices vary by designer, so the booking site is the place to check current pricing. Haircuts are booked as 30-minute appointments and bang cuts as 10-minute appointments.

Color work is the largest part of the menu. A color consultation costs $20, takes 20 minutes and requires a $10 deposit. Blond-to-blond highlights and balayage start at $180 and take at least two hours; they are customized to a reference photo and include custom foil placement, a shadow root, toner and styling, with platinum blond work starting at $475 for above-shoulder hair. Dark-to-light highlights and balayage start at $300 and take at least an hour, with the same foil placement, shadow root, toner and styling. Special shades such as platinum, silver, pastel or pink add $150 and need additional bleach. Clients whose hair has had box dye, black or red color are directed to color correction rather than dark-to-light service.

Grey blending highlights start at $800 and typically run about six hours. Instead of hiding gray outright, this approach blends the natural gray into the color already on the hair. A $400 deposit is required. Clients whose hair has previously been dyed black or has dark permanent gray coverage may be charged more. Stylists set their own schedules, so days off differ from one person to the next, and the booking site shows each stylist's details. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the appointment time counts as a no-show.
