Stylists are full employees rather than independent contractors, and the salon says they receive benefits and ongoing education. Every new stylist completes the salon's onboarding program before seeing a first client. Stylists work at four levels. Protégé stylists are in a learning stage and receive continuous education and guidance from senior staff at a lower price. Studio stylists have completed the salon's advanced training program. Senior stylists have more than five years of experience with advanced cutting and coloring. Master stylists are the highest level, and many of them teach.

A first visit starts with a consultation about your goals and lifestyle, and the salon recommends one for new guests, major color changes and all color correction. Every service includes a scalp massage and a finishing style, and complimentary wine or Aveda tea is offered during visits. Haircut prices include a consultation, a shampoo and a blowout. Prices are starting rates that vary by hair length, density, technique and stylist level, and a precise quote is given at consultation. Examples include all-over color from $60 at Protégé level to $105 at Master level, and balayage from $205 to $345.

Hair extensions are a major part of the business. The salon describes itself as a certified Bellami salon and says its extension specialists are certified in hand-tied wefts and tape-ins. Methods include hand-tied wefts, tape-ins, K-tip or I-tip fusion, sew-in wefts and volume and fill. Extension consultations are complimentary and in person at all five locations, and one is required before installation. Installations typically range from $800 to $2,500, depending on method, length (16 to 24 inches) and density.

According to the salon, it has held the Trusted Salon title for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders since 2016. Its extension specialists put in and look after hand-tied wefts, the salon says. The Coppell location was used as a filming site for Netflix's America's Sweethearts, per the salon. Press listings it cites include Inc. 5000, Salon Today's Top 200, Elle Magazine and D Magazine, and it reports more than 6,000 five-star reviews.

The salon says it trains stylists continuously and holds them to luxury hair care standards, and it builds its color and care around Aveda's plant-based systems.

The salon describes its atmosphere as relaxing and high-end, with the Dallas location offering a glass-enclosed main salon, an elevated loft with a shampoo lounge and a private styling room.
