The salon describes its space as cozy and relaxing. Balayage is painted freehand with no foils, while partial highlights use foils around the face and crown. Extensions begin with a consultation, which costs $45 and is applied to the installation if the client goes ahead; the fee is not refunded if they do not get extensions. Four extension types are offered: K-tip, I-tip, tape-in and hand-tied.

Women's and men's cuts each include a consultation, shampoo and conditioning, cut and styling. Women's cuts may include a blow-dry and advice on caring for and styling hair at home, and beard trimming or detailing can be added to a men's cut on request. The Malibu treatment is priced after a consultation with the stylist, and pricing can rise depending on hair density and stylist.

Clients can book online through Vagaro, or reach the salon by phone or Facebook message. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move. No-shows or late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services before the next booking, and clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Children may come along only if they have an appointment of their own.

The salon also offers private suites for independent stylists. Each suite can be customized, and clients waiting nearby have a guest area with drinks.
