Booking expectations are set out clearly. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service. No-call no-shows will not be rescheduled. Each professional sets their own cancellation window, and clients are asked to review their provider's policies before an appointment. Because the waiting area is limited, guests are asked to bring no more than one additional person, and children may attend only if they can stay supervised at all times.
