Two custom packages are the largest appointments. The Custom Blonde Package starts at $215 and takes about 240 minutes, and can include up to three bowls of color, a root melt or smudge, an all-over gloss, a haircut, a treatment and a blowout. The Custom Brunette Package also starts at $215 and takes about 240 minutes, with three bowls of color, a root melt, an all-over gloss, a treatment, a wash and a blowout. Full highlights start at $180 over 175 minutes and range from soft, sunlit tones to bolder effects across the whole head; pricing depends on the products used. Partial highlights start at $155 over 150 minutes and cover the top layers or chosen sections. Mini highlights start at $120 and brighten the top of the hair or touch up blonde, including the hairline, with the price set at consultation when the client arrives.

The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, and Thursday and Friday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on weekends. Gift cards are available. Event hair and makeup is priced at $130 for about 85 minutes and requires a $25 deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 25% of the scheduled service, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%. No-shows are charged the full booked service. Clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late may have to reschedule or may be charged for the service. Clients who are unhappy with their results should tell the stylist within 48 hours; adjustments made in that window carry no extra cost, while later requests are charged the full service price.
