Verve was opened by two best friends, Hannah and Kelsey, as a small business in Warrior. The lounge aims to make each client feel accepted, looked after and comfortable as they are, and it describes its atmosphere as personal, relaxed and unhurried rather than intimidating or rushed.

Facial menus run from a personalized facial listed at $100 to 60-, 75- and 90-minute facials listed at $120, $135 and $150. Dermaplaning is also available as a stand-alone service at $80. Advanced Skincare Treatments, a gentle acid-blend peel, is listed at $145, and a $20 customized facial consultation fee is applied toward the facial when booked.

Lash extensions include classic, YY (Fairy), hybrid, volume, volume wispy and wet set styles. Opal LED Light lash extensions are also offered; the salon says that process is non-ionizing and placed in Risk Group 0, and it requires a one to two minute glue test at the salon 48 to 72 hours before the appointment. Lash fills must happen within 7 to 21 days of the previous service, take about two hours and are charged a flat rate per set. Clients are asked not to remove extensions themselves and to book removal at the salon. Brow and lash lift options include Korean lash lifts, lash tints, brow stains and brow lamination, with a brow lamination and Korean lash lift duo offered at $200.

Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, with Brazilian waxing offered to women only. For the best results the salon recommends hair about one quarter to one half inch long, which is roughly two to three weeks of growth after shaving. Facial memberships have a three-month minimum and the spray tan membership a two-month minimum, and unused spray tans do not roll over. All appointments are booked online through the salon's booking site, and the lounge also sells skincare and aftercare products in a gift shop.

Verve focuses on making each visit feel accepted and unhurried, with appointments that give clients room to talk and relax.
