Appointments are by appointment only and are offered on a gender-free basis. Haircut prices are set by hair length and density rather than by gender. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday, 12pm to 8pm.

Color and chemical services begin with a consultation of about 15 to 30 minutes before booking, where a stylist talks through goals, steps, appointment length and an estimated price. New color and chemical clients pay a 50% deposit at that consultation, which is non-refundable and counts toward the total. Every appointment needs a credit card or deposit to book.

Blonding covers partial and full balayage, partial and full highlights, and a platinum card service. Extensions are offered under the Babe hair extensions name in several methods, using 100% remy human hair that the salon states is ethically sourced.
