The salon's philosophy is that it should be a comfortable, beautiful space for everyone, and that hair has no gender. Prices are set by the time and products a service takes rather than by gender, and gender-neutral pricing is offered.

The menu is grouped into color, extensions, locs and styling. Color covers balayage and ombre, foil highlights, base color, creative color with vivid shades such as true red, purple and magenta, corrective color, and platinum touch-ups and toning. Extensions include eight types of human hair and synthetic options, applied by methods such as I-tip, keratin tip and tape-in, and the salon also offers Brazilian keratin treatments priced after a consultation. Dreadlock services cover starting new locs as well as maintenance using crocheting and thread methods. Styling includes haircuts, wash and blow outs, beard shaping, conditioning masques, custom formal styles and Olaplex treatments, which are added to every chemical service and can be booked on their own.

Consultations are required for new color, dreadlock and extension guests, and for returning guests not seen in six or more months. The consultation fee is $25, is non-refundable and is charged separately from the service. Bookings can be made online through Vagaro, by phone or by walking in. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, to give 48 hours' notice for changes, and to hold a credit card on file to reserve. The salon's associate program is open to recent cosmetology or barber school graduates and offers hands-on training and coaching.
