Color is a major part of the menu. Options include tints, glazes and toners, foil highlights, hand-painted balayage, bleach and toning, and root touch-ups, with cut-and-color combinations priced by the service. Gray coverage and camouflage color for less visible gray are offered, including a 10-minute gray blending color suited to men with short gray hair. Many clients book a cut and color together.

Hair services cover blowouts with hot tools, deluxe haircuts with a clarifying or moisturizing treatment, keratin treatments, scalp treatment with a complex 5 extract and blow-dry, and Japanese straightening, which is permanent until new growth with a touch-up suggested after about six months. Event styling, updos and wedding consultations are booked in 90-minute blocks.

Booking is online or by email, and changes are handled by email or phone. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the services booked. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled, and a credit card may be requested to secure a booking. Parking is available nearby at the Sutter Stockton Garage. Gift certificates and eGift cards, including group gift cards, are available online from $144.
