The space is intimate and quiet, set up for relaxation, with no large rows of chairs. It sits in a quiet professional complex in the Old Leucadia district. Street parking is plentiful in front of and around the salon, and public parking is nearby. The Vagaro profile lists free parking.

Every visit starts with a consultation, and the salon limits how many appointments it takes each day so none are rushed. Exact prices are quoted in person after the stylist has looked at your goals and your hair or nail condition. Team members train regularly on current styles, techniques and products. The salon uses salon-quality professional product brands, sterilizes its tools, and uses fresh files for every nail guest.

Brow tinting uses a semi-permanent, skin-safe tint formulated for use around the eyes. Each facial waxing visit begins with a skin assessment, and the salon uses disposable materials for every session. Bridal clients can book trials, which are usually scheduled four to six weeks before the event, and on-site styling is available on request for the wedding party. Booking early is recommended during peak wedding season.

Hours run Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. The salon is closed Sundays and Mondays. For busy periods, booking one to two weeks in advance is advised. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged a fee, and a late arrival may result in a shortened service. Cash, check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Staff speak English and Farsi.
