The guiding idea is that hair should feel effortless, look natural and grow out well. Each service is shaped around the client's hair type, texture, lifestyle and goals. Every appointment includes a consultation, a scalp and neck massage, custom design and styling, and a take-home care plan.

Extension pricing depends on a complimentary consultation, which is required before any extension service. Hand-tied extensions are attached with a bead-and-weft method, and tape-in extensions use ultra-thin adhesive wefts placed close to the root. The salon sells extension hair matched during the consultation, recommends having extensions colored at the salon, and suggests sulfate-free care at home.

Bridal hair is offered in the salon and on location for brides, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and flower girls. On-location teams arrive 15 minutes early to set up, and all tools, brushes and equipment are sanitized before and after every use. A bridal trial can be booked by call or email from Tuesday through Saturday.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments can be booked online or by calling 760-720-2946. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, a credit card is kept on file to hold a reservation, and an Experience Fee is added to services and retail products.
