Each visit can begin with a free 30-minute consultation that covers what the client wants from their hair and a plan to get there. Many services are listed with a starting price because the final cost depends on the hair and the work involved. Booking deposits range from $15 to $150 depending on the service, and some deposits apply only to new clients. The salon is open Tuesday from 2 to 8 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM.

Policies are spelled out for clients. Services and product sales are final and the salon does not offer refunds. A concern about a service needs to be raised within 7 days of the appointment, and the salon may offer a complimentary adjustment if the follow-up is booked within a reasonable time. Cancellations made less than 48 to 72 hours ahead carry a 50% booking charge, and no-shows are charged a 75% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
