The salon is a certified Green Circle salon and says it was the first Green Circle salon on Long Island. Through that program it recycles hair clippings, excess color, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, paper, plastics and metals. The salon says it recycles and repurposes up to 95% of its salon waste.

Every service starts with a consultation about hair goals, lifestyle and upkeep. Color and cutting visits end with a customized shampoo, scalp massage, conditioning, styling and a signature blowout. Walk-ins are welcome for haircuts, bang trims, blowouts and simple services, subject to availability, while color, chemical, bridal and extended treatments need an appointment. Wait times can build on Friday afternoons after 3 PM and all day Saturday. Bookings can be made online, by phone, in person or through a mobile app. Regular services are best booked two to four weeks ahead and special events one to three months ahead, especially from April through June. Cancellation notice is 24 hours for haircuts, 48 hours for color and treatments, and 72 hours for bridal and group bookings. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service and no-shows 100%. Deposits apply to first-time color clients ($50), color correction ($100), bridal trials ($125) and services over three hours or groups of four or more.

Bridal planning starts with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, recommended three to six months before the wedding, followed by a hair trial four to six weeks before. Wedding-day styling can take place at the salon or at a venue. On-location bridal styling is offered within 30 miles of the Lindenhurst salon, with a $50 travel fee per stylist within 20 miles and fees beyond that priced on consultation. Wedding hair and makeup is provided by freelance wedding artists, with inquiries made through the salon. Discounted bridal party packages are available for groups of 10 or more.
