Services are grouped into color, consultations, extensions, cuts, styling and treatments. Color options run from glazes and glosses and single-process root touch-ups to balayage, ombre, highlights and full-head lightening for ultra-bright blonde. Color correction and transformation work is also offered. Extension clients can book a consultation, which is applied toward the service, and installation of extensions starts at $375 per bundle with two options available. Halo color matching is priced at $25 and is applied toward a purchase.
Hours are Wednesday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 6 AM to 1 PM; the salon is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged 100%. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation fee. A non-refundable deposit may be required for extensions, color corrections and luxury transformations, and it is applied to the final balance. Submitting a booking request does not hold that exact time slot. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. A waitlist on the website notifies clients when an opening becomes available.
