The menu covers coloristry, highlights and balayage, haircare, hair extensions, styling, bridal and makeup services, and facial waxing. Color work ranges from color revival and corrective color to color blocking, color melts, gray blending, and specialty and vivid shades.

Hair extensions are placed using only Hair Blanket, Great Lengths and Hair Compounds. Hair Blanket is the salon's own luxury extension line, created by owner Shalyn.

Stylists keep their skills current by taking classes and courses as new styles and methods emerge. According to the salon, it works with the best products.

Booking terms are firm. The salon does not offer refunds of any kind. Clients unhappy with a result can call, and minor adjustments are made within 10 days of the appointment. Appointments need to be canceled or moved with at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and no-shows are charged 100%. Late cancellations for illness, COVID-19 included, are still charged.

Stylists keep up their training, enrolling in classes and courses as new looks and techniques come along.
