Visits usually begin with a free 15-minute consultation, where a client brings a photo or idea of the look they want and the two talk through timing. Color services that need planning, such as balayage, ombré, color correction and fashion colors, require that consultation first, and fashion shades usually need pre-lightening.

The salon's color menu runs from root touch-ups and full color that also refreshes faded lengths, to glaze and toner, several highlight and lowlight options, and balayage. Keratin smoothing is offered in four Rejuvenol versions with different wash-out times and durability, and styling includes blowouts, a curling lesson covering products and curling irons, and updos and bridal styling. Haircuts for women and for girls under 10 are also offered.

Some appointments take a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final price. Late cancellations and no-shows are handled by policy: deposits are kept for last-minute cancellations on larger bookings, and smaller bookings without a deposit are charged 30% of the service price. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Gift cards and e-gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Consultation-led: a free first talk comes before color and longer custom work, with the aim of building a lasting relationship with each client.
