The salon is split between six chairs held by commission-based employed stylists and a second half rented to independent artists who run their own businesses. Those independent artists are self-employed, set their own pricing and scheduling, and must be booked directly through their own links or contacts, since the salon does not share their phone numbers or handle their bookings or payments.

Appointments are the only way in, so clients call ahead or book online. The salon avoids double booking so no one is rushed. New clients complete a digital consult and liability form before their first service, and first-time visitors are asked to book an all-over color or a gloss. Prices are listed as starting points that vary by stylist, experience, time and amount of product, and a complimentary consultation gives a detailed quote. Services carry a 7-day guarantee, with adjustments made within reason.
