Each client is meant to be the focus of the visit, and the salon says it aims to exceed high expectations. Stylists are certified through L'Oréal Professionnel continuing education, according to the salon. Hair extensions are added only after a consultation, with pricing set by length, style and color and starting at $300. Corrective color is also quoted after a consultation rather than at a fixed price.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00am to 8:00pm, Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, and it is closed Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the full service price. Salon Botanical also offers booth rental for stylists, full-time or part-time.
