The salon uses only Davines products and offers both Davines professional color services and a curated selection of Davines retail products. Davines was founded in 1983 in Parma, Italy, as a hair care research laboratory. The founders have travelled several times to Davines headquarters in Parma and to its North American headquarters in Brooklyn, New York, for education. The salon describes itself as one of very few salons in Charlotte offering both Davines color services and Davines retail.

Mo2Salon organizes its services into four groups: color, cuts, smoothing and retexturizing, and styling. The color menu includes single-process color, ammonia-free new growth, toner and gloss, highlights, hand-painted balayage, and color correction, which is priced after an in-salon consultation. Smoothing choices include perms, keratin and Brazilian Blowout treatments, and the Coppola Legacy treatment. Any smoothing or retexturizing service, along with any service that takes 2.5 to 3 hours, requires a deposit that cannot be refunded, and that deposit goes toward the total cost. Clients are advised to book two to three weeks in advance, or four weeks ahead if their availability is limited. Bookings can be made online, by phone, by text or by email.
