Each consultation is shaped around the individual client's hair and goals. The salon's stated aim is to help clients recreate their salon results at home, so home care is part of the conversation.

Hair extension work includes fusion, tape-in and K-tip installation, shown in the salon's gallery. Bridal hair and makeup services are also offered.

Clients book by calling 704-795-8038. Since June 2023, every client completes a client form that is kept on file, and current clients also sign a separate acknowledgement form. A credit card is held on file to support the cancellation policy but is not charged as payment. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are charged the full amount. Service adjustment requests must be made within 72 hours of the original appointment, and adjustment appointments are arranged within 7 days.
