Every consultant is licensed in their specialty and contracted to provide the same standard of care to every client. The stated mission is to give each client appropriate care that they want, delivered in a way that meets them where they are.
The menu covers brow shaping, tweezing, waxing, tinting and brow lamination, plus microblading and a range of shading methods: microshading, hybrid hair strokes with shading, machine strokes with shading, powder brow machine shading and ombre. Most of the microblading styles are also offered as a two-session package. Facial waxing is available for between the brows, sideburns, forehead and upper or lower lip, and individual lash clusters are on the list too.
The business offers bridal packages and group bookings for a day of services. It also runs a makeup class on applying eyebrow products. Prices include 4.5% service tax. Missed appointments are not refunded, and rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice.
