Nail work is the core of the studio. Options include gel manicures, hard gel manicures, Russian manicures, Japanese manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, nail art and an IBX nail strengthening treatment. A Russian manicure uses dry e-file work on the cuticles and sidewalls instead of soaking, followed by a gel, hard gel or natural finish. Starting prices are $90 for a gel manicure, $120 for a hard gel manicure, $80 for a Japanese manicure, $100 for a pedicure, $130 for a speedy smart gel pedicure and $180 for nail extensions. Prices can change with the technician, removal of existing product, repairs, design and taxes, and the final total appears in online booking. Standard gel work follows the existing nail length and does not add length; extensions are booked separately, use hard gel on natural nails and take about three hours for one color, with touch-ups suggested every four weeks. According to the salon, a gel manicure typically lasts about three to five weeks, which depends on growth, product and daily activity.

Beyond nails, the studio offers ICOONE body and facial treatments, including body sculpting, facial lifting, cellulite treatment and lymphatic drainage, sold as single sessions and multi-session packages. Brow architecture with or without tint, brow lamination, lash lifts and eyelash tint are available, along with makeup and hair services such as daytime, evening and bridal makeup and a date night hairstyling and makeup option. Laser hair removal is priced by area size, with packages for Brazilian, full body and combined areas, and a free consultation is listed. The laser technology used is Clarity II, and the studio also lists laser services for men.

Several policies are worth knowing before a visit. Reusable metal instruments are cleaned, disinfected and sterilized between appointments and kept in sealed packaging until use, and disposable materials are replaced for each client. Clients who already have gel, hard gel or extensions should choose the removal or refill option when booking. The studio says pain, bleeding and aggressive thinning should not be part of the e-file service, and clients should contact the studio if gel lifts or causes discomfort. Completed services, gift cards and packages are not refundable. A free fix is offered within five days for a gel manicure or pedicure when a client sends a photo of chipped nails to customer service as soon as the chip happens.
