Glow Skin & Brows is a skin, brow and lash studio in New York. Jessica, the founder and lead esthetician, came across the BDR skincare method, studied advanced skin therapies, and opened the studio to share those results with clients.

About

The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Detox Circulation Facial at $200 to a two-hour Korean Glass Skin treatment at $400. Several facials target specific concerns, including hyperpigmentation, rosacea, acne and acne scars, skin aging, age spots, sun damage and very dry skin. Technology-based options include HIFU LDM facials, which pair high-intensity focused ultrasound with micro-massage, and Astrodome facials, which add oxygenation, ionization, laser light and other therapies in some treatments.

Brow and lash services include brow tint, which lasts up to four weeks, brow lamination, which holds brow hairs for four to six weeks, and lash lifts, which last six to eight weeks and can be paired with a lash tint. Brow and lash shaping are available as $10 add-ons. Eyelash extensions are applied individually to natural lashes, with a personal consultation to set curl, length and fullness. Styles are classic, hybrid or single, natural volume and mega volume, with refill options at one, two or three weeks. A classic full set is listed at $160 and a mega volume full set at $270. The salon says its extensions are smudge-proof and waterproof, and states that they are applied by licensed lash artists.

Holistic Wellness includes a Traditional Korean Herbal Steam Sitz Bath made with Korean Ganghwa mugwort and medicinal herbs, delivered as warm steam. It is listed at $69 per session, or $180 for three sessions and $500 for ten. The salon says this herbal steam tradition has been used in Korea for more than 600 years. Private beauty parties suit holiday parties, bridal showers, birthdays and girls' nights. They take place in a private room or exclusive space in Midtown Manhattan known as K-Town, with custom group packages and requests available. Guests may bring their own drinks, and advance booking is required.

Membership is billed monthly with auto-renewal. Members receive locked-in pricing and priority booking, and can pause or upgrade at any time. Listed hours are 11 AM to 7 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and 11 AM to 5 PM on Sunday. Book online through the website or call 551-245-1220.

Treatments are customized to each client. The studio works from skin science, using the BDR method, which combines acid renewal and lymphatic drainage, and aims for visible, lasting results.
