Lash work is the core of the menu. Cashmere lash extensions come in Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega styles, made with fibers the business describes as ultra-light, antibacterial and imported from Japan. Korean lash lifts are offered in Signature, Anime and Cat/Fox Eye styles, each with a tint and a keratin treatment, and each includes a B5 Biotin Peptide Lash Serum. The business says its Korean lift uses a cysteamine-based formula, which it describes as allowing more gradual reshaping than traditional thioglycolate lifts.
For new clients, the New Client Lash Experience sets are customized during a consultation that includes lash mapping and style recommendations, and they take an hour or longer. Brow services include brow sculpting with lamination, ombré powder brows, nanoblading and semi-permanent brows, with consultations that map the shape against facial proportions. Permanent eyeliner, from subtle lash-line enhancement to a more visible micro wing, and lip blushing are also offered, with a $200 deposit required to book eyeliner and lip blushing.
Other services include Professional Makeup, which covers makeup, hairstyling, Korean color analysis and event styling, along with waxing and threading using a Pearl and White Chocolate wax, and a Glass Facial aimed at luminosity.
The New York studio is calm, and its appointments are designed to be unhurried. It sits near Penn Station, Grand Central, Herald Square, Bryant Park, Times Square and Port Authority, about a 10 to 12 minute walk from Grand Central. The studios feature Zero Gravity Beauty Beds, which the business says were designed with engineers and made exclusively for it.
Beauty Academy offers hands-on lash and permanent makeup training in New York and Atlanta, taught in small groups with an ongoing mentorship program after class. Courses include Korean Lash Lift, Classic Lash Extensions and PMU Brow and Lip Mastery. Registration closes 7 days before each training, and late enrollment may be available on request. Private and group programs start at $1,300.
The business also offers luxury salon suites for beauty professionals in Alpharetta and New York on flexible leases. Suites include WiFi, optional booking system access, secure parking and retail display space. Options include The Cabana Loft, an open concept space, and The Private Suites, which are enclosed rooms.
Lash sets are designed around each client's eye shape, natural lashes and facial features. Natural lash strength, length and density are checked before extensions, and a lighter style may be suggested if the requested one would be too heavy. Semi-permanent makeup is customized to facial structure, skin tone and existing features, and built gradually with a conservative approach.
