Cancellations or reschedules need to be made at least 24 hours ahead; a missed window carries a fee of 25 percent of the service cost. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which late fees of $30 or $40 apply, and appointments are cancelled after 25 minutes late. Guests and children are not allowed during appointments unless they are being serviced or the stylist has agreed in advance. Booking notes can be used to request special accommodations. Phone and email contact is available from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
