Many services begin with a consultation. Consultations run from one to thirty minutes and are required before color services, which include a test strand, and before install and wig services. Color correction also needs a consultation before booking, as do tape-in and I-Tip installs.

Installs are planned around stock and preparation. Tape-in, I-Tip and traditional sew-in appointments can only be booked two weeks ahead so bundles can be kept on hand. Closure installs are offered for 5x5 closures only, and the closure needs to be dropped off a week before the appointment so it can be customized. For most install and wig services, hair is not included and must be bought separately.

Closure maintenance is available only to clients previously serviced by the studio's stylist, and the studio suggests keeping it up every two to three weeks. All sales are final.
