Services fall into two groups. Braids and styles include men's single braids, medium single braids and inter-locking or crochet maintenance. Natural hair services cover starter locs, micro loc installation and retightening, retwists, small and long loc retwists, loc detox, hot oil treatments, and style changes that do not include a retwist. A 30-minute natural hair consultation is offered at no charge.

Booking is done online through the salon's website. An appointment is not confirmed until the salon contacts the client and the deposit is paid. Walk-ins are welcome when there is availability, but a same-day time is not guaranteed, and the salon recommends booking about two weeks ahead for a set time.

Deposits are non-refundable: $30 for retwists, starter locs and natural hair braids, and $50 for hair extension braids. The deposit is applied to the service price, so only the remaining balance is paid at the appointment. Deposits can be paid through Cash App or dropped off at the shop. A 15-minute grace period applies; arriving later than that or not showing up loses the deposit, and rescheduling requires a new deposit. If a same-day opening is available later that day, the client can move to it and the deposit is honored.

The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.

The salon builds each client's locs care on trust and on learning their locs goals and plans.
