Each look is shaped around the client's day-to-day life and preferences. Consultations are complimentary, and in some cases they can happen virtually. Pricing for color is given as a starting point, and any added product or time is discussed at the consultation before the service begins.

The color menu covers glosses and toners on their own, single-process color, face framing, and partial or full lightening, with combinations of these for more involved changes. Cut and style services include haircuts and blowouts. The salon also offers event styling and works with clients on weddings, including destination weddings, with on-location details arranged directly through Nataliya Ilkiv.

The salon uses Davines products and says it chooses green and sustainable products without giving up on style. Booking is online or by email, and online booking also covers group appointments for friends and family and gift cards.
