The studio describes its style as a laid-back kind of luxury in a calm, welcoming setting. A complimentary color consultation, which takes under 30 minutes, is required before color corrections and vivid transformations, and a missed consultation carries a $35 no-show fee.

Blonding is the core of the menu. Face framing blonding is a mini lightening service focused on the hairline and face, while partial custom blonding uses foils on the top, sides and face. Full custom blonding covers the whole head, and global blonding is a double-process service with a root touch-up. Each lightening service includes gloss or toner and a blow dry, and K18 treatment can be added to full or partial custom blonding.

Hours are Monday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays. It sits about two blocks west of the Irving Park Brown Line stop, with paid street parking in front of the building and free parking on nearby side streets.

Each look is designed around what the client wants and how they live day to day, with stylists offering guidance on what will suit them best.
